ханическии затвор, перекрывающий лазерный луч, что препятствует дальнейшему нагреванию сосуда. Режим работы затвора выбирается врачом, работающим на установке.

Таким образом, представленное в данной работе исследование, подтверждает эффективность лечения лазером на парах меди сосудистых заболеваний лица, с отличными косметическими результатами. Важным преимуществом является бесконтактность метода, что обеспечивает отсутствие риска для пациента и для врача заражения инфекциями, передающимися через кровь.

SUMMARY

SELECTIVE COAGULATION OF FACIAL VASCULAR LESIONS WITH 
YACHROMA-M COPPER VAPOR LASER

The author presents the results of the treatment of 138 patients with facial vascular lesions (telangiectasias, "port-wine" stains, angiomos). The patients underwent selective coagulation of the lesions using a Yachroma, copper vapor laser appliance. The efficacy of the treatment of facial telangiectasias constitutes 95%, that of "port-wine " stains is equal to 75%. The possibility of employing this

technique under outpatient conditions and its contactless-ness may be attributed to its advantages.
